PurpleTree HR is an Irish HR, employment law and health & safety consultancy based in Longford. We give employers something most advisors do not: a clear decision, someone who stands behind it, and support that does not stop at a list of risks.
Practical HR for the people who actually run the business
We started PurpleTree because Irish employers were being let down by the two options open to them. Big consultancies sold process and paperwork. Solicitors charged by the hour and stopped at advice. Neither one picked up the phone and helped a business owner make the call in front of them.
So we built the thing in between. HR, employment law and health and safety under one team, on a fixed monthly fee, with a named person who knows your business and answers when you need them. When a disciplinary lands, a contract needs drafting or the WRC comes knocking, you are not starting from scratch and you are not alone.
From our base in Longford we support employers right across Ireland, in person and remotely, from first hire to scaling teams.
