Full Irish Payroll Compliance: PAYE, PRSI, USC and ERR

Irish payroll runs in real time, and Revenue expects it. Under PAYE Modernisation, every pay run is reported to Revenue on or before the day employees are paid, using each employee's live Revenue Payroll Notification to apply the right tax credits and cut-off points.

On top of that sit PRSI classes, USC bands and, since 1 January 2024, the Enhanced Reporting Requirements, under which employers must report common tax-free payments such as the small benefit exemption, the remote-working daily allowance and travel and subsistence.
