No. Hourly billing makes employers hesitate to ask for help, which is exactly when problems grow. Our retainers include unlimited phone and email advice for one fixed monthly fee, so there is never a meter running when you call.

Some plans include an onboarding fee to get your contracts, handbook and policies in order at the start. We tell you up front if one applies and what it covers, so your first invoice matches the figure we agreed, to the cent.
