What You Earn for Each Introduction

PurpleTree rewards business partners generously for successful new client referrals, and the more you introduce, the more the structure pays. Rewards are tracked on a rolling 12-month basis from your first qualifying referral, with bonus payments built in at the third and fifth introduction. Every reward is paid by direct bank transfer and is never added to the client's own fee, so your introduction costs them nothing.

For a referral to qualify for compensation, three conditions must be met. Each is straightforward, and we confirm your reward as soon as they are satisfied so you are never left guessing where a referral stands.

  • The referral must result in a signed contract or paid project (minimum €1,000 excl. VAT).
  • The referred client must complete their initial payment to PurpleTree.

We acknowledge your referral within two business days and keep you informed of progress. Payment is processed by direct bank transfer within 30 days of the referred client completing their initial payment.

PurpleTree reserves the right to modify or terminate this programme at any time, with at least 30 days written notice to active partners. Referrals logged before any change will be honoured under the original terms.

The programme is open to anyone with a professional network in Ireland: accountants, solicitors, business advisors, recruiters, existing PurpleTree clients, and fellow business owners who come across employers that need HR support. There is no fee to take part and no minimum number of referrals. If you know an Irish business that would benefit from our HR, employment law or health and safety services, you can refer them.
We pay a tiered reward for every qualifying referral, tracked on a rolling 12-month basis from your first introduction. You earn €250 for your first and second qualifying referral, €500 as a bonus on your third, €250 on your fourth, €750 as a super-bonus on your fifth, and €250 for every referral after that. The reward is paid by PurpleTree and is never added to the client's fee.
A referral qualifies when three things are true: the business is new to PurpleTree with no contact from us in the previous 12 months, the introduction leads to a signed contract or paid project of at least €1,000 excluding VAT, and the client completes their first payment to us. Once those conditions are met, your reward is confirmed.
