The referral programme rewards you for introducing Irish businesses to PurpleTree. When a contact in your network is wrestling with a disciplinary case, a WRC claim, a redundancy, or simply has no HR function to lean on, a single introduction connects them to specialist support and earns you a tangible reward.
The programme covers our full service span: outsourced HR, employment law and WRC representation, health and safety, and HR software. It is open to partners, associates, professional advisors and existing clients referring businesses that operate in Ireland. The more you send, the more it pays.
PurpleTree rewards business partners generously for successful new client referrals, and the more you introduce, the more the structure pays. Rewards are tracked on a rolling 12-month basis from your first qualifying referral, with bonus payments built in at the third and fifth introduction. Every reward is paid by direct bank transfer and is never added to the client's own fee, so your introduction costs them nothing.

The best referrals are Irish employers carrying HR risk without the support to manage it. That might be a growing SME that has passed ten or fifteen staff with no dedicated HR person, an owner-manager handling contracts and disciplinaries on instinct, or a business that has just received a letter from the Workplace Relations Commission.
Some need a complete outsourced HR function on a fixed monthly fee, others need one-off WRC representation or help with a redundancy, and many simply want to replace spreadsheets with proper HR software. You do not need to diagnose what they need. If a contact feels exposed on the people side of their business, that is a referral worth making.

For a referral to qualify for compensation, three conditions must be met. Each is straightforward, and we confirm your reward as soon as they are satisfied so you are never left guessing where a referral stands.

Quick to do, with no invoicing on you.
Referring businesses to PurpleTree is quick and straightforward. Identify contacts who could benefit from our outsourced HR, employment law or HR essentials services, obtain their permission for us to reach out, then send our sales team the details. We acknowledge your referral within two business days and keep you informed of progress. Payment is processed by direct bank transfer within 30 days of the referred client completing their initial payment.

Every introduction handled in confidence.
PurpleTree is committed to the highest standards of confidentiality and data protection for all referrals. All information you provide is handled strictly in accordance with GDPR and Irish data protection law, and is used only to process your referral. PurpleTree reserves the right to modify or terminate this programme at any time, with at least 30 days written notice to active partners. Referrals logged before any change will be honoured under the original terms.
